1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Resentii ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.

2. Description of Services

Resentii provides architecture and interior design services, including but not limited to furniture design, interior details, home revamping, space planning, and design consultation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice at any time.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our services through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.

You must not use our services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the services. You must not use our services to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystore logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to our services and the content provided through our services (including but not limited to designs, drawings, specifications, text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by or licensed to Resentii.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Resentii, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;

• Any content obtained from the services; and

• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Resentii and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the services; or

• A breach of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
